The Handicapped Float Tubers Association’s (HTFA) mission is to help people with disabilities become active in or return to fishing. The association’s Web site, www.hfta.org, gives the history of HFTA, posts tournament dates, and offers fishing tips and advice on what to look for when purchasing a tube for fishing. The site also links to information about how people who use wheelchairs can customize tubes to fit their chairs.
